A marketing piece for The Chicago Community Trust's billion-dollar centennial campaign. This substantial brochure will serve both as introduction before and as an action-oriented summary after personal meetings between philanthropic prospects and Development officers.
After consulting with the Trust's Development staff, we were responsible for the creative direction, layout and copy, and all execution.
The entire book was designed to support the Trust's specific engagement process, to circumvent obstacles to giving (reluctant advisors, family members, etc.), to support their brand and heritage, and to preemptively address weaknesses in their public perception.
